FHCP has developed a standard Certificate of Free Sale (CFS) template, which includes the following: product name, license number, country of import and the site/establishment license details recognizing that certain foreign regulators request specific wording, FHCP will try to accommodate requests if they are included in the comments box at the time of purchase. FHCP will review the requested wording and will determine if it can be included.
